Please inform any changes beforehand your photoshoot. No changes can be done on the shooting day and there will be no refunds.
If you wish to add additional settings and bring your own clothes, please inform the photographer before shooting so that shooting time can be adjusted.
Maximum people for family portrait in Package A and B will be 2, if you need additional backgrounds for family portraits, please contact us for more information.
If you’re not feeling well on the day of shooting, please inform us immediately to terminate the shooting, we fully understand such circumstances and will be happy to reschedule your shooting (this does not include the makeup session).
If you have any ideas, suggestions, or requirements during shooting, please inform the makeup artist and the photographer immediately. The better the communication, the better results.
You can go straight into proof selecting session for in-studio photoshoot. If you’re in a rush, we can schedule another time for proof selecting. All proofs and extra edited photos are available to be purchased.
The facial expression is the only thing that cannot be edited afterwards, but we can edit skin and body. Once photos are being selected and confirmed, there will be no change upon that.
WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE MAKEUP
Put on a mask on the eve of shooting if necessary, wash your hair and come in with bare face.
Make sure to blow dry your hair ahead of coming in.
It is suggested to wear contact lenses for your shoot.
Please let the makeup artist know if your skin type is sensitive.
Styling for men will not be included. If the service is required, please contact beforehand.
WHAT TO BRING
We have over 50 sets of clothes for you to choose, yet we still recommend you to bring your own, since everyone have different body type
Only the traditional styled clothes will be provided for men. We recommend dads to bring their own clothes, such as a simple shirt, or blouse. Colors will be better if it’s black or white.
Bring adhesive bras with you. We recommend to bring black or white underwear depends on the style you like. No high heels will be provided in our studio since everyone have different shoe sizes. You’re more than welcome to bring with you your own accessories.
what happens if i cannot show up at the shooting day
If you've booked a date with us, You get a chance to reschedule your shoot day for free. If you can’t be here at all, 50% of your deposit will be turned into a store credit which has no expiration date, but the package price will be effective for only one year.
If you haven't booked a date with us yet, your full deposit will be turned into store credit, terms and conditions same as above.
